A few common questions.

When should I contact you?

Contact us while you're planning your shipment. Share the details you know, and we'll help you understand what to prepare before your cargo arrives.

What costs should I expect?

Government duties and taxes, carrier and port charges, and agency service fees are separate. Customs confirms the assessment. Read about the customs process and costs.

When can I collect my goods?

An arrival estimate does not confirm collection is available. Customs release, carrier requirements and port arrangements must be confirmed first. Contact us before arranging collection.
