We handle the declaration paperwork.

Contact us before your goods arrive. Customs determines the assessment, any required checks and release.
Have these details ready.
- Describe the goods. Note what you are importing, the quantities and the intended business or construction use.
- Gather the commercial details. Have the supplier invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill ready, where available. Include freight and insurance costs you know.
- Confirm the route. Tell us the origin, destination island, carrier and shipment reference, if known.
- Check before booking. Ask us whether your goods need additional approvals or supporting documents before making shipping arrangements.
Start with a short description of your shipment; we’ll agree how to share the documents needed for review.
For Nevis inbound terminal handling, NASPA lists an invoice, bill of lading and ship’s manifest, with originals or certified facsimiles. Ask your carrier or agent which documents it supplies. Confirm St. Kitts port requirements separately.

What will you pay?
Keep agency service fees separate from government duties and taxes, carrier charges and port charges when planning your budget. Ask which costs are included in any estimate.
Use the official Customs duty calculator for an initial estimate of government charges. Customs confirms the final assessment; agency fees and carrier or port charges are separate. See what to include in your budget.
Before you arrange collection.
Check your carrier’s current arrival estimate, then confirm Customs release, carrier requirements and port arrangements before booking collection or transport.
Let’s prepare your shipment.
